Refund Policy
The Better Option AB that runs www.parasiteclinic.com provides a full refund on the purchase price of our sold test-kits, excluding any shipping fee, under the circumstances that a claim to withdraw from this purchase agreement has been made within 14 days of the purchase date and as you have returned your unused test-kit. The refund will be issued no later then 14 days after receiving your returned test-kit.
Payment Methods
The Better Option AB accepts online payment by credit card or through Klarna. The charge to your credit card occurs at the time of the purchase or shortly thereafter. Cardholders are responsible for online transactions. The Better Option AB accepts all payment options provided by Klarna.
Shipping Policy
Test-kits are shipped from The Better Option AB approximately within two (2) business days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping details and additional information about the shipping costs are available during the checkout process on our website where the shipping cost is added to your order. We are able to ship to addresses within the EU, UK, Norway and Switzerland.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) issued by the European Commission, the The Better Option AB is a third-party processor of your patient’s Personal Data; you, the Practitioner/Clinician, are the controller and/or processor as applicable of the personal data under the European Data Protection Legislation; each party will comply with the obligations applicable to it under the GDPR Legislation with respect to processing of Customer Personal Data.
